Modupe Adenekan

Modupe AdenekanPMHNP, Clinical Manager

Modupe O Adenekan resides in Maryland with her lovely family. She graduated from Walden University where she obtained her Master in Nursing as a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Modupe Adenekan currently works as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Outpatient Mental Health Facilities. Her hobbies are in educational pursuits and volunteering. Her clinical career has took her on a journey from Inpatient to Outpatient settings and managing the care of adults and children. Modupes passion is to be confident in her determination and judgement while she still maintains her goal.

At BK Behavioral Health Center, Modupe Adenekan dedicates her time to her patients and makes them a priority. Modupe helps organize treatment plans and works attentively with the therapist and nurses at our center to provide the best services to our patients.


Glenda Laurent

Glenda Laurent Dickonson – PhD, LCPC, NCCLicensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Dr. Glenda Laurent Dickonson is a licensed clinical professional counselor with a passion for helping her clients on their journey to wellness. She embraces positive psychology and a growth-oriented, eclectic approach to treatment. Dr. Dickonson earned both her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision, and her MS in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. She also earned an MSEd. in Guidance and Counseling from Hunter College, City University of New York.

Dr. Dickonson is experienced in treating a range of mental health and behavioral issues and offers individual, couples, and group counseling, both face-to-face and via teletherapy. Her practice includes, but is not limited to treating mood disorders, trauma, bereavement, traumatic grief, anger, relationship, and self-esteem issues.

Fatima Jalloh

Fatima Jalloh – Mental Health Coordinator/PRP Coordinator

Fatima dedicates her time making sure the needs of the facility and patients are met. Her goal is to make sure people achieve the goal of living a well-balanced life by taking care of their mental being. She says that “Mental health and a balanced mental state is critical into living a healthy life.”

She is an Alum of the illustrious Morgan State University located in Baltimore, MD where she studied Psychology, Family Consumer Sciences, & Social Work. She also graduated from Garrett College located in Western Maryland, where she studied Social Behavioral Science. She chose this field because she enjoys helping others and it gives them a chance to shine. You never know how much helping someone can change their life. Helping others without expecting anything in return can bring lasting happiness. It can help you build strong long-lasting relationships and open more doors for you to bring meaningful success.

Nkemdilim Okonkwo

Nkemdilim OkonkwoBoard-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

As a healthcare provider, she provides a safe therapeutic environment for all her clients. Her professional focus is using a holistic, biopsychosocial, and collaborative approach to meet the behavioral health needs of her clients in a nonjudgmental approach. Ms Okonkwo also makes use of psychopharmacological interventions to achieve optimal wellness.

Nkemdilim places emphasis on providing quality patient care and education to foster a collaborative, therapeutic relationship.

Ms. Okonkwo obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and Psychology from Southern Arkansas University and her Master’s degree from Walden University. As a registered nurse, she worked in the inpatient psychiatry unit at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C for several years as well as the Psychiatric Institute of Washington.

Who am I? My name is Nathaniel Christian Jr.  I am dedicated to impact individuals life’s anyway possible. I want to help those who are in need of help and would do so, no matter what it takes. I graduated at Mount Aloysius college with a Psychology degree, with a specialization in Criminal Justice. Throughout my four years of undergraduate, I played basketball as well. I am currently a graduate student at Edinboro University pursuing my master of social work degree to become a Licensed Certified Social Worker.

David Chmielecki

David Chmielecki-Licensed Clinician in New Hampshire and Maryland

As a lifelong resident in New Hampshire, he enjoys anything related to the outdoors as well as exercise.  He believes that wellness pertains to multiple dimensions, including mental, physical and spiritual health.

In David’s 16 years of experience, he saw the unique problems those clients with both mental illness and substance use disorders face.  Since then, he has made it his focus to work with these clients in an attempt to simplify the steps to treatment that they face.  David’s unique approach to treatment involves him trying the techniques in a treatment modality on himself as he believes that people learn by doing before they teach. His passion is to build motivation in clients in order to carry them through the challenges inherent in treatment and accompany clients as they make their journey.
